Creating Hand Tied Extensions
My method of creating a hand tied track involves using hair weaving thread and your own hair to create a very flat, tube-like track, which lays much flatter to the head and is more secure than a traditional braided track and also more secure than a beaded track. My method creates a stronger base to sew hand tied wefts to and is more comfortable than having a beaded track. The extensions can last two to four months with proper care, after which I would remove them completely and install a new set. There is also an optional tightening at 5 weeks which can extend the life of the track. The Hand Tied Extensions are safe for your hair and will give you a more natural look than individual hair extensions because the weight of the hair is evenly distributed on the track, and a weft of hair that is sewn to a track will flow with your natural hair, unlike the individual extensions, which piece out and don't blend well. My method of hair extensions is the best way to add length and volume to fine limp hair that just won't grow to the length you desire or to just add volume to your normal hair without damaging it.
